EXPERIENCE: Motion Picture and Film Industry, Public Relations & Communications Industry, Marketing and Advertising Industry.

A New York native, Kathleen’s professional career has spanned from New York to Los Angeles, where she presided as Vice President of a New York advertising and marketing firm and later as Founder/CEO of an independent film studio in Los Angeles.

Kathleen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lowson International Studios.  Her studio’s innovative blueprint and vision expands the idea of conscious films based on spiritual values as the pathway to social evolution and the awakening of consciousness.  She is a spiritual scholar and intuit, utilizing the principles of universal law as the foundation in her work.  Her advocacy for animal rights has spanned over two decades with the core belief that abuse and exploitation of the innocent is a 'soul' issue perpetuated by an egocentric society in a state of ‘spiritual disconnect’ propelled by greed.

Kathleen founded Lowson International Studios to utilize the power of mass media to evolve humanity.  The mission of her films is to engender a paradigm of compassion and respect for all living beings on our planet, which she believes will change our world.  The studio has a roster of films in various stages of production, which Kathleen conceived, created, and wrote, and is also serving as director.  The studios’ film slate includes Motion Picture, IN THE LIGHT OF TRUTH and critically-acclaimed Documentary Film Series, CRY OF THE INNOCENT: The Voices That Can’t Speak (supported by animal welfare organizations around the globe), as well as television projects and a roster of films with central themes involving social consciousness.

Kathleen also provides film services to writers and filmmakers, as well as consulting services in both the private and non-profit sectors, offering clients a unique advantage in building brand, expanding reach, and broadening the scope of interests in the marketplace.

Among numerous writings, Kathleen authored a revelatory in-depth industry analysis of Hollywood power and the paradox of profit vs social responsibility, conducting interviews with Hollywood’s power elite: Academy Award filmmakers and actors, including Michael Douglas, Robert Zemeckis, Kathleen Kennedy (Founding Partner of Amblin Entertainment with Steven Spielberg), Bill Duke, Lili Fini Zanuck, Edward R. Pressman, Jane Rosenthal (Partner with Robert De Niro and President of the Tribeca Film Center), and others, including educators Elizabeth Monk Daley, Ph.D. (Dean of USC School of Cinema-Television) and Patty Burness (Executive Director of The George Lucas Educational Foundation).

Kathleen’s Photography Collection has been applauded by such notable hotels as the St. Regis, the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, the Marina del Rey Marriott, and the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

Kathleen’s broad business expertise coupled with her creative strength and alliances extending from the power elite in the Hollywood community to ecological conservationists and  animal welfare organizations around the world, serves Lowson International Studios and its clients well.

A pioneer in her own right, Kathleen has been awarded recognition in Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
